What is your refund policy?
Membership purchases are generally not refundable unless there is an issue such as accidental payment or double charging. Our new system does not engage in automatic membership renewals so there should be no surprise billing.
Can I change the name on the membership?
Yes, and you can also buy a gift membership for someone else.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our form takes payments on any major credit card or through direct transfer from your bank. We no longer accept PayPal payments for memberships, but your membership will also not automatically renew as PayPal used to do.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time.
